Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations
- As a general rule, all sales made on “Dronacharya Perumbavoor”are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same.
- We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in case (i) we are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner, as decided by us and (ii) in case the user tries to take advantage of the system which is outside the standard terms of use.
Refunds
- You shall be entitled to a refund only if “Dronacharya Perumbavoor”is unable to deliver the mentioned services in an adequate manner.
- All refunds will be processed on a pro-rated basis, depending on the service already delivered by “Dronacharya Perumbavoor”
- Refunds will be done directly to the original payment mode within 10 days of finalization of claim.
Grievance Redressal
Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below via in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to [email protected].
